The purpose of this event is to hold space for you to reconnect to your body, return to your intuition & celebrate your humanity. We want to invite you to take time to rebalance your chakras, recalibrate & remember the powerful person you are.

The way out is always through – so through your senses , through nourishing movement  and breath-work, we want to guide you back to your true essence.

Linda will work her magic by guiding you through meditations, Joe will create the most cleansing ear-candy with his drumming and I will lead the yoga and pranayama to nourish your nervous system.
